Sarah Astley

Sarah is a highly experienced commercial and corporate solicitor with expertise in dealing with a wide range of complex transactional documentation.

Sarah’s experience includes:

  • Four years as assistant and then associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department at major regional firm Cripps Harries Hall
  • Three years as a Professional Support Lawyer and then Corporate solicitor at Vertex Law

Sarah has also spent time as the Editor of the Law Reports of the Cayman Islands.
