Michaela Porter

Michaela took the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route to qualification and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. Michaela began practising in Private Client at another Kent firm, before joining Gullands LLP as an Associate Solicitor in May 2024.

Areas of practice

Michaela takes instructions on and assists with the following:

• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney;
• Preparing Wills;
• Applying for Grants of Probate;
• Dealing with the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates;
• Preparing Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Appointment; and
• Preparation of Declarations of Trust.

Outside of the office, Michaela is an avid reader and enjoys attempting to bake and spending time with friends and family.
