Marlon Facey

Marlon is a career changer; after spending around 8 years as a Design Engineer and several years as a private Business Consultant, he decided to study law.

Marlon attained his CILEX Certificate qualification in Land Law and Conveyancing in 2023.

After a 12-month stint with Alfred-James & Co Solicitors in Croydon Surrey where he assisted two senior solicitors in residential conveyancing matters, Marlon joined Gullands solicitors in January 2026 as a conveyancing paralegal.

In his spare time, Marlon enjoys travelling, socialising with friends and family, reading; and when time permits, visiting the gym.
