Alex Green

Alex graduated from the University of Southampton in 2018 with a law degree and has also completed a masters in Insurance Law. The following year, Alex joined Gullands as a Paralegal in June. Alex qualified as an Associate Solicitor in March 2023.

Areas of practice

Commercial Property:

• Advising clients on a variety of commercial property and agricultural & rural land transactions, including (but not limited to) acquisitions, disposals, leases (grants and renewals) and developments.
• Handling all aspects of property transactions, from initial instruction to completion, including general property portfolio management.
• Dealing with business sales and purchases.
